Terms of Service

1 · Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Superpower YouTube browser extension (“Extension”) and the www.spyoutube.app (“Site”). By installing the Extension, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2 · Description of Service

The Extension modifies the YouTube™ user interface locally in your browser to reduce distractions and provide focus-enhancing tools. The Site allows you to purchase subscriptions, learn about the extension, and download the extension. We reserve the right to change or discontinue any feature at any time.

3 · Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4 · License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to install and use the Extension on devices you control, subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by us.

5 · Free Trial

New users may access all premium features free for 7 calendar days without providing payment information. At the end of the trial, access to premium features will cease unless you purchase a subscription or lifetime license.

6 · Subscriptions & Billing

• Billing Processor. Payments are handled by Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy and authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
• Renewals. Monthly plans renew every 30 days; yearly plans renew every 365 days. Your account will be charged on each renewal date unless canceled at least 24 hours beforehand.
• Lifetime License. A one-time payment grants access to premium features for the lifetime of the product. Lifetime refers to the life of the software, not the user.
• Refunds. We honor refund requests within 14 days of the initial purchase. Refunds for renewals are generally not provided.

7 · User Obligations

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with YouTube’s Terms of Service.
• Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Extension.
• Do not share, resell, or sublicense your license key or account.
• Do not attempt to circumvent subscription or licensing mechanisms.

8 · Intellectual Property

Copyright © Superpower YouTube. All rights reserved. The trademarks, logos, and service marks featured on this site are owned by us or by third parties. You may not use them without prior written permission from us or the respective owners.

9 · Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Extension and cancel your subscription at any time. Sections 8–13 survive termination.

10 · Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will continue to function if YouTube makes breaking changes to its platform.

11 · Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

12 · Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Company (and its officers, employees, and affiliates) harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms. Company reserves the right, at your expense, take exclusive control of the defense and settlement of any such claim, and you must agree to cooperate. You agree not to settle any matter without consent of Company. The Company will make reasonable efforts to inform you when it becomes aware of any related claim, action, or proceeding.

13 · Changes to Terms

We may update this Terms periodically to align with changes in our operations, legal obligations, or other requirements. When we do, the new version will appear here, and we will email you if the changes are significant.
